| 1.
The competition will be open to every school in the
Scarborough & District area. |
| 2.
All schools interested in entering will be split evenly into
a 'Larger Schools' Section' and a 'Smaller Schools' Section' for a
semi-final/'Mini-Competition' (see below) |
| 3. The top 4 schools
from each semi-final will qualify for the main 'Indoor Athletics Final' |
| 4.
The 8 schools reaching the final will then be split into 2
groups of 4 - Large Schools / Small Schools dependent on number of pupils
in Year 6 |

Format |
| Time: 1
hour (4-5p.m. school day)

| 4 Boys
/ 4 Girls - each child competes in ONE individual event AND ONE
relay |
| Individual
Events: Standing Triple Jump, Standing 'Chest Push' (size 4 football),
1 Lap, 3 Lap |
| Relays:
4 x 1 Lap (2boys/2girls)
4 x 2 Lap (Other 2boys/2girls from team of 8) |

4 schools qualify for main 'Indoor Athletics Final' - 8 boys/8 girls
