Fees and funds
Each organisation shall pay an annual subscription, the amount to be determined at the AGM. Events suggested and organised should usually be self-financing, i.e. if medals etc. are desired by the organiser of a particular event they should be paid for through sponsorship or the invoicing of the winning schools. The fees will usually be used to pay for rents and equipment. These and any other payments will be authorised at a meeting, or in an urgent case by the consent of all three officers.

If the Association should cease to operate any remaining funds will be split equally between those schools in current membership.

Once accepted this constitution shall normally be subject to variation only at the AGM unless a majority of members agree it is in the interests of the Association to do so at another meeting.
